I. Project Background The total investment of UNDP / GEF in accelerating China’s commercialization of renewable energy projects is 25.83 million U.S. dollars, of which 14.43 million U.S. dollars is grants. Of the 14.4 million U.S. dollars in grants, the Global Environment Facility through UNDP provides 8.8 million U.S. dollars and the Australian Government and the Dutch Government donate 3 million U.S. dollars
