采用浓度为100mg/kg的GA3和PP333浸种,研究了小麦形态和生理指标对药剂处理的反应。结果表明,PP333处理抑制了植株地上部生长,增强生根力,增加根/冠和植株体内脯氨酸含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和IAA氧化酶活性。但却降低了过氧化物酶(POD)、淀粉酶活性及细胞膜透性。GA3则促进地上部生长,降低根/冠及IAA氧化酶活性,提高淀粉酶和POD活性,SOD活性略增强。表明2种调节剂对小麦幼苗的生长具有相反效应
GA3 and PP333 seed soaking at a concentration of 100 mg / kg was used to study the response of wheat morphology and physiological parameters to the treatment. The results showed that PP333 inhibited shoot growth, increased rooting ability, increased proline content in roots / crowns and plants, and increased SOD and IAA oxidase activities. But reduced peroxidase (POD), amylase activity and cell membrane permeability.
