一般认为江淹入仕萧齐以后仕途通显,此后他贪图享乐,因此“江郎才尽”。《广弘明集》所引的梁陈时的《梁典》却认为江淹在萧齐时并没有平步青云,“江郎才尽”的原因是因为他郁不得志。笔者在梳理江淹入齐以后的仕宦生涯和创作状况的基础上,认为《梁典》的记载比较符合实际,江淹在萧齐时代仕途曲折,这是“江郎才尽”的一个原因。 It is generally believed that after Jiang Yan entered Shih-Ch’i-Ch’i, his career was revealed and he sought pleasure since then.
