目的应用COOK EMBOLIZATION弹簧圈建立猪心大静脉阻塞的动物模型。方法 20头猪采用经皮穿刺技术,将弹簧圈经冠状窦导管在心大静脉释放并造成心大静脉阻塞的实验模型。结果 20头猪全部完成弹簧圈释放至心大静脉,成功率100%;其中1头猪于弹簧圈放置40 min 后死亡。1 h后造影显示19头中18头猪心大静脉于弹簧圈放置处完全闭塞;1周后再次造影,19头猪心大静脉均于弹簧圈放置部位完全闭塞。结论采用经皮穿刺技术,放置COOK EMBOLIZATION 弹簧圈可造成持久性冠状静脉阻塞的动物模型。
Objective To establish an animal model of occlusion of porcine heart vein with COOK EMBOLIZATION coil. Methods Twenty pigs were percutaneously percutaneously implanted with a spring coil through the coronary sinus in the heart and left ventricle. Results All 20 pigs released coils completely to the cardiac vein, with a success rate of 100%. One pig died after 40 minutes of coil placement. 1 h after angiography showed that 19 of 19 pig heart venous completely placed in the coil place; again after 1 week of angiography, 19 pig heart vein were placed in the coil completely occluded. Conclusion The percutaneous puncture technique, placed COOK EMBOLIZATION coil can cause persistent coronary vein occlusion in animal models.
