超薄磨耗层是一种性能优良的预防性养护技术(也可用于新建道路的表面层),其具有抗滑性能好、表面强度高、行车噪音低、防水性能突出等特点。超薄磨耗层技术使用效果的好坏与其混合料级配、温度、层间黏结材料性能及其洒铺量有着密切的关系。以室内模拟试验为基础,以AC-13模拟原路面、NovaChip(C型)混合料作为磨耗层,制作复合型试件,采用多功能层间测试试验仪对试件进行直接剪切试验,研究了乳化沥青洒布量及温度对超薄磨耗层层间黏结能力的影响。
Ultra-thin wear layer is a kind of excellent performance preventive maintenance technology (also can be used for the new road surface layer), which has good anti-skid performance, surface strength, low noise, waterproof features prominent. The effect of using the ultra-thin wear layer technology is closely related to its gradation, temperature, performance of the interlayer adhesive material and the amount of sprinkling. Taking the indoor simulation test as the foundation and the composite material of AC-13 simulated original road surface and NovaChip (C type) as wear layer, the composite specimen was made. The direct shear test was carried out on the specimen by multi-layer interlayer tester. The effect of emulsified asphalt sprinkling volume and temperature on the interlayer adhesion of ultra-thin wear layer was studied.
