以前生产的Cr5Mo钢在低倍试片中心部位往往出现放射状不连续的条纹,经热酸腐蚀后,表现为轴心“晶间裂纹”.试验结果说明:“晶间裂纹”不是真正的裂纹,而是成串的密集硫化物的热酸蚀现象.这种硫化物成串密集,对钢的强度影响并不大,但使横向塑性明显降低.通过在冶炼工艺上采取措施,如降低钢中硫含量、增加终脱氧加铝量等,试炼了25炉Cr5Mo钢,都没有再观察到轴心“晶间裂纹”,从而进一步使试验结果在生产实践中得到了验证.
