目的了解淮安市城区生活饮用水微生物污染情况,为饮用水的卫生管理提供相关依据。方法采集各监测点出厂水、末梢水及二次供水水样,对菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌进行检测分析。结果 2013—2015年共检测826份水样,总合格率为95.40%,每年合格率分别为97.45%、93.75%、95.26%;不同水样类型合格率差异无统计学意义;每年的4—5月以及7—9月是水样微生物检测不合格的高峰时期。结论淮安市城区生活饮用水的微生物污染情况总体较好,但仍存在一定的问题,需加强对菌落总数的监测,并采取措施控制高峰时期水质的微生物污染。
Objective To understand the microbial contamination of drinking water in urban areas of Huaian city and provide relevant evidences for the sanitary management of drinking water. Methods The samples of factory water, peripheral water and secondary water supply were collected from all the monitoring sites. The total colony, total coliforms, heat-resistant coliforms and Escherichia coli were detected and analyzed. Results A total of 826 water samples were tested during 2013-2015, with a total pass rate of 95.40%. The annual pass rates were 97.45%, 93.75% and 95.26% respectively. There was no significant difference in the pass rates among different water samples. The annual rates of 4-5 Month and July-September is the peak period of unqualified water microbial test. Conclusions The microbial contamination of domestic drinking water in Huai’an City is generally good, but there are still some problems. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the total number of colonies and take measures to control the microbial contamination of water quality during the peak period.
