2006年8月7日至9日,全省林业局长座谈会在陕西省苗木繁育中心举行,会议就《陕西省林业产业发展规划纲要》和《陕西省集体林产权制度改革意见》两个文件的讨论稿进行了认真讨论。这次会议立足于讨论问题,解决问题,因此,各个与会代表畅所欲言,会议气氛空前热烈和活跃,收到了很好的效果。会议传达了全国林业厅局长电视电话会议和省政府全体会议的精神,回顾和总结了上半年我省林业工作取得的成绩,主要体现在以下几个方面：
From August 7 to August 8, 2006, the provincial forestry directors’ symposium was held in Shaanxi Provincial Seedling Breeding Center. The meeting discussed the “Outline for the Development of Shaanxi Forestry Industry” and the “Opinions on the Reform of Collective Forest Property Right System in Shaanxi Province” The discussion paper was seriously discussed. The meeting was based on discussing and solving problems. Therefore, all the participants spoke freely and the meeting was warm and energetic and received very good results. The meeting conveyed the teleconference of the director of the State Forestry Administration and the spirit of the plenum of the provincial government, reviewed and summarized the achievements made by the forestry work in our province in the first half of the year, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
