将现有车床进行改造,实行革新、挖潜,进一步提高生产效率、减轻工人劳动强度,是当前迫切要求解决的课题。本文介绍了将C620老车床改装成简易数控车床的主要工艺。改装办法是:用拨码盘输入数据、指令;用电磁离合器作为执行机构;用光电脉冲发生器作为检测装置。改装以后既可数控,也可手动。改装一台约需八千元,比用光电阅读机输入数据、用步进电机作为执行机构的要便宜几万元。在改装过程中,由于试制成功双光源光电脉冲发生器,克服了吃刀深时车床振动带来的多发光电脉冲现象,解决了国内这类简易数控车床的一个难题。这种简易数控车床具有原机床改动小、改制费用低、操作简单、维修方便等优点,主要用以加工轴类、盘类零件,能车外圆、左右端面、镗内孔、一刀切割台阶、割槽或倒角。加工精度在0.01—0.1毫米之间,适于粗加工和半精车。

This simple CNC lathe has the advantages of small changes in the original machine, low cost of restructuring, simple operation, easy maintenance, etc. It is mainly used for processing shaft, disk type parts, the outer circle of the car, left and right face, bore hole boring, Cut or chamfer.
