目的了解天津市西青区2008—2012年居民食用碘盐情况,为制定消除碘缺乏病防治策略提供科学依据。方法按照东、西、南、北、中片区随机抽取1个乡(镇、街),每乡(镇、街)中随机抽取4个行政村(居委会),每行政村(居委会)中随机抽检15户居民盐样,根据《全国碘盐监测方案(修订)》采用直接滴定法测定碘盐。结果 2008—2012年共检测居民户碘盐1 488份,碘盐中位数为30.1 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率、非碘盐率分别为93.8%、99.4%、93.1%、6.3%。2008年碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率、碘盐合格率分别仅为87.2%、85.4%和98.0%,2010—2012年碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率、碘盐合格率均明显高于2008年(P<0.05)。结论西青区碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率呈逐年上升趋势并且已达到国家要求,但仍存在不合格碘盐现象,须加强食用碘盐的监督监测工作和居民碘缺乏病防治知识的宣传、教育工作。
Objective To understand the consumption of iodized salt by inhabitants in Xiqing District of Tianjin from 2008 to 2012 and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies for iodine deficiency deficiency. Methods One township (town and street) was randomly selected from the eastern, western, southern, northern and central regions. Four administrative villages (neighborhood committees) were randomly selected from each township (town and street). Random sampling was conducted in each administrative village (neighborhood committee) 15 households salt samples, according to the “national iodized salt monitoring program (Revised)” using direct titration iodized salt. Results A total of 1 488 iodized salt were detected in households from 2008 to 2012, the median of iodized salt was 30.1 mg / kg. The coverage of iodized salt, the qualified rate of iodized salt, the rate of qualified iodized salt and the rate of non-iodized salt were 93.8% , 99.4%, 93.1%, 6.3%. The coverage of iodized salt, the rate of qualified iodized salt and the qualified rate of iodized salt in 2008 were only 87.2%, 85.4% and 98.0% respectively. The coverage rate of iodized salt, the rate of qualified iodized salt and the qualified rate of iodized salt in 2010-2012 were all significant Higher than in 2008 (P <0.05). Conclusion The passing rate of iodized salt and the rate of qualified iodized salt in Xiqing District have been increasing year by year and have reached the requirements of the state. However, there are still unqualified iodized salt phenomena. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen supervision and monitoring of iodized salt and prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders Publicity, education work.
