在欧洲,松露与鱼子酱、鹅肝酱并称为三大食材珍品。人类食用松露已有上千年的历史,古希腊人认为松露是秋雨伴着雷电而生的植物,古罗马人则认为热、雨和雷电引起土地生病长茧而生出松露。所以在欧洲的古老传说中,人们一直将松露视为雷电的女儿。其实,松露并不像传说的那样神秘。
In Europe, truffle and caviar, foie gras and known as the three major food ingredients. Truffles for human consumption have been around for thousands of years. The ancient Greeks believed that truffles were plants of the autumn rain accompanied by thunder and lightning. The ancient Romans thought that heat, rain and thunder and lightning caused the sick cocoon and gave birth to truffles. So in the ancient European legend, people have been the truffles as the thunder and lightning daughter. In fact, Truffle is not as mysterious as the legend.
