衰老是指机体各器官在功能上普遍而逐渐降低的过程，主要表现为自身抵抗能力的降低以及对外界环境刺激的反应能力降低，从而诱发疾病的易感性最终引起死亡。在机体衰老的过程中，由于受到病理、环境等因素的刺激，间充质干细胞的自我调节机制发生异常改变，从而使得其某些生物学性状不再稳定。本文就间充质干细胞在衰老过程中的变化及诱发这种变化的原因等方面的研究进展作一综述。“,”Aging is characterized by a gradual reduction in the ability to cope with physiological challenges to the external environmental stimulation, which ultimately induces disease susceptibility and eventually leads to death. In the aging process, because of pathological or environmental stimulation, the self-regulation mechanism of mesenchy-mal stem cells gradually becomes abnormal, leading to unstable biological characteristics.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of mesenchymal stem cell aging and the reasons of the aging.
