目的:探讨运用电话随访式健康教育的方法~([1])对抑郁症患者家庭功能与生活质量的影响~([2])。方法:随机将83例抑郁症患者家属分为观察组42例和对照组41例,入院时两组均进行抑郁症相关知识培训,出院后对观察组进行为期半年的电话随访式健康教育,对照组只进行门诊常规随访。在出院前和出院后半年内对两组患者家属分别采用家庭功能评定量表和生活质量综合问卷进行评定。结果:家庭功能评定量表与生活质量问卷结果显示,出院半年后观察组的家庭和谐度、生活质量等方面,较对照组有显著差异。结论:电话随访式健康教育增强了抑郁症患者家庭的支持系统功能,提高了生活质量,改善了患者与家属的关系。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of using telephone follow-up health education ~ ([1]) on family function and quality of life in patients with depression ~ ([2]). Methods: Eighty-three cases of depression were randomly divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (41 cases). All patients were trained in depressive disorder on admission. After discharge, the patients in observation group were followed up for six months by telephone. Group only regular outpatient follow-up. Before discharge and within six months after discharge, the families of the two groups were assessed by the family function assessment scale and the comprehensive quality of life questionnaire. Results: The questionnaire of family function scale and quality of life questionnaire showed that there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of family harmony and quality of life after six months’ discharge. Conclusion: Telephone follow-up health education enhances the family support system of depressed patients, improves quality of life and improves the relationship between patients and their families.
