通过对职业院校师资队伍建设研究工作发展概况、教师能力结构和提升教师能力方式问题的分析论述,提出教师能力结构“四师型”的观点,并探索了选择“多种”和“灵活”的提升教师能力培养模式。
Through the analysis of the general situation of the research work on the construction of teaching staff in vocational colleges, the analysis of the structure of teachers’ ability and ways of improving teachers’ abilities, this paper puts forward the viewpoints of teachers’ ability structure and “four teachers” and explores the choice of “multiple” And “flexible ” to enhance teachers’ ability training mode.
