The obscure objective world needs to be explained in terms of language, but the limitations of language interpretation and the infinite understanding of the objective world make language appear incapable of explaining the objective world. The research of vague linguistics aims to explore the ways of solving the expression of human language’s uncertainty or fuzziness. The ambiguity of the legal language is mainly manifested in the uncertainty of the legal terminology. In the process of legal translation, the primary problem faced by the translator is how to determine the equivalence and loyalty of a legal term or concept in a foreign language and realize the maximum equivalence of meaning in bilingual conversions.
