行政管理教育的发展与进步离不开建设性反思。我国行政管理教育在取得巨大成绩的同时,也面临着人才有效需求不足、供给结构失衡、市场竞争力不强等问题,这些问题在一定程度上反映了行政管理教育人才目标市场定位模糊、教育模式趋同僵化、学科专业性不足等缺陷。这些问题能否解决、能解决到何种程度,将直接影响行政管理教育的发展前景。为此,必须对人才目标市场进行重新定位;明确学科边界,处理好与相关学科的关系;以职业化为取向,改革传统的教育模式,实现从知识传授向能力培养的转变。
