为了对双辊连铸布流系统进行优化,根据相似原理建立了双辊薄带连铸机布流系统的1:1模型.通过物理模拟与数值模拟研究了IV号布流系统3种方案在不同工况下的流态与液面波动情况,并与I号布流系统进行对比.研究结果表明,在流量为10~18m3/h的情况下,IV号布流系统的2方案与3方案布液面波动与I号布流系统相比有了明显的改善,布流器两侧的液面波高减小了2~5mm,而布流器中部的波高增大了1~3mm,使得整个熔池液面波动的均匀性更好,与数值模拟的结果一致.
