利用60只健康雄性成年Wistar大鼠,观察结扎单、双侧颈总动脉,结扎前及结扎后2min及30min时的脑干听党诱发电位(BAEP),以下丘核为中心的脑干局部血流量,以及下丘核单位神经元自发放电频率的变化情况。并通过组织切片为上述改变提供形态学依据.结果:结扎单侧颈总动脉对上述各项指标无明显影响。但结扎双侧颈总动脉2min时,脑干听党诱发电位,以下丘核为中心的脑干组织局部血流量以及下丘核单位神经元自发放电频率都发生明显改变.但此变化于30min后恢复正常。且组织切片也无异常发现。说明:结扎颈总动脉对椎一基动脉系统的血流量变化生产一定的影响,但此影响是暂时的可逆过程。结果还提示:(1)高刺激频度的BAEP有助于脑干缺血的检测。(2)在缺血性脑血管病的诊断中,BAEP振幅有时比潜伏期更为敏感,应受到重视。
Sixty healthy male adult Wistar rats were used to observe the effects of LEP, BAA, BAEP, BAEP at 2 min and 30 min after ligation, Flow rate, and spontaneous firing frequency of neurons in the inferior colliculus. And provide morphological evidence for the above changes by tissue sections. Results: Unilateral carotid artery ligation had no significant effect on the above indexes. However, when the bilateral common carotid arteries were ligated for 2 minutes, the brainstem auditory evoked potentials, the local blood flow of the brainstem tissue with the inferior cochlear nucleus as well as the frequency of spontaneous firing of neurons in the inferior colliculus significantly changed. However, this change returned to normal after 30 minutes. And no abnormality was found in the section of the tissue. Explanation: The ligation of the common carotid artery has some effect on the change of blood flow in the vertebrobasilar artery system, but this effect is temporarily reversible. The results also suggest: (1) high stimulation frequency of BAEP contribute to the detection of brain stem ischemia. (2) In the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the amplitude of BAEP is sometimes more sensitive than the latency and should be taken seriously.
