采用电镀铬+激光熔凝表面改性方法对Inconel 690合金管进行表面处理,获得激光熔凝层。研究了激光功率和扫描速度对熔凝层微观结构和形貌的影响,进而得到了对Inconel690合金镀铬层进行CO2激光熔凝处理的最佳工艺参数。
The surface of Inconel 690 alloy tube was treated with electroplating chrome + laser fusion surface modification method to obtain the laser cladding layer. The effects of laser power and scanning velocity on the microstructure and morphology of the fused layer were investigated. The optimal parameters for CO2 laser cladding of Inconel690 alloy chrome layer were obtained.
