分析带装配侧孔和内扣塑件的工艺特点,介绍该塑件注射模结构设计和工作过程。此模具一模两腔,每腔两点进胶;采用铲基行位机构成型塑件侧向装配结构;利用前模拉料销、限位螺钉、尼龙开闭器和限位拉杆控制开模运动顺序和分型定距,实现了凝料的自动脱离;通过斜顶成型塑件内扣并联合顶针、司筒、复位弹簧,实现了塑件的推出和推出机构的优先复位。
