Ni42Cr6合金是一种软玻璃封接材料。用于彩色显像管中作第一阳极,俗称阳极帽材料。 本合金具有与锥体玻璃十分接近的热膨胀特性,在较宽的温度范围内,呈可逆变化。合金组织为单相奥氏体。成品带材经恰当的软化热处理,能适应连续自动冲制成型。 预氧化处理后的阳极帽,应具有以Cr_2O_3为主的氧化膜,Al、Si、Mn少量元素在氧化膜表面富集。Al、Si且有内氧化现象,在表面层有连续的点状氧化物。由于这种氧化物的钉扎作用,就可能成为氧化膜与基体牢固结合。 成品带材经适当表面处理,使得表面层Cr的峰值显著变高,十分有利于氧化膜中Cr_2O_3的富集。 预氧化的不同工艺条件,将得到不同的效果。充分的氧化工艺,得到一层连续、均匀的氧化膜,在表面层内有点状氧化物层。这种工艺处理的阳板帽零件,经夹扁试验,氧化膜牢牢粘附在基体表面。不充分的氧化工艺,氧化膜呈不连续状,厚度相当薄,没有发现有类似氧化物表面层,经不起夹扁试验,很客易袒露出金属光泽。
Ni42Cr6 alloy is a soft glass sealing material. Used for color picture tube as the first anode, commonly known as the anode cap material.
