教学管理重在实效。我在组织本校教师进行“同课异构”活动时,强调教师对同一节课的讲解与分析,不同的教师在讲解时思路不同、措施也不同,从而形成了风格迥异的课堂,让我在殊途同归中感叹方法的奇妙。至今回想起来,那些在课堂上让人叹服的镜头犹如闪烁的明珠呈现在眼前。如对《虞美人》的讲解中,孙老师以清新的语调,柔美的语气,悲伤的态度,以主人公的心态及情趣描述了这首诗的创作背景及意境,让学生走进诗词世界
Teaching management is effective. When I organized teachers in our school to do “Lesson Heterogeneous” activities, I emphasized that teachers should explain and analyze the same lesson. Different teachers have different ways of thinking and different measures to explain, so as to form a classroom with different styles so that I marveled at the same way sigh wonderful ways. In retrospect, those glittering beauties that make a spectacular lesson in class are on display. Such as the “poppy” explanation, Sun fresh fresh tone, feminine tone, sad attitude, with the hero's attitude and interest describes the poem's creative background and mood, so that students into the poetry world
