教学管理重在实效。我在组织本校教师进行“同课异构”活动时,强调教师对同一节课的讲解与分析,不同的教师在讲解时思路不同、措施也不同,从而形成了风格迥异的课堂,让我在殊途同归中感叹方法的奇妙。至今回想起来,那些在课堂上让人叹服的镜头犹如闪烁的明珠呈现在眼前。如对《虞美人》的讲解中,孙老师以清新的语调,柔美的语气,悲伤的态度,以主人公的心态及情趣描述了这首诗的创作背景及意境,让学生走进诗词世界 Teaching management is effective.
