在现代化工业、航天和军事等领域都需要对温度参数进行测量与监控。热电偶是主要测温元件之一,按照国家计量法规,热电偶作为温度计量器件必须定期检定。热电偶的检定工作目前在我国基本上还处于手工操作,重复工作多、效率低,并且靠人工读取数据,容易出现人为误差。因此,实现热电偶检定自动化很有必要。本文介绍一种应用微型计算机实现的热电偶全自动检定系统。
In the modern industrial, aerospace and military fields need to measure and monitor the temperature parameters. Thermocouple is one of the main temperature measurement components, according to national measurement regulations, thermocouples as a temperature measurement device must be regularly tested. At present, the verification work of thermocouple is still in manual operation in our country at present, repeated work is more and more inefficient, and human error is prone to occur due to manual reading of data. Therefore, it is necessary to automate the thermocouple test. This article describes a microcomputer implementation of the thermocouple automatic verification system.
