中央电视台的技术事业同我们国家的社会主义建设事业一样,经历了漫长和曲折的发展历程,从无到有,从小到大,由点到面,由低向高,从黑白到彩色,从模拟到数字,取得了令人瞩目的巨大成就。经过四十五年的发展,中央电视台已经成为国内第一大电视台,在国际传媒中的影响也越来越大。现在,中央电视台技术系统与以往相比,技术最先进,规模最庞大,设备最精良,系统最完整,节目制作、节目播出和节目传输自成体系,无论是整个系统还是单机设备都能够代表当今世界电视领域的最新发展状况。由于依靠先进和充分的技术手段支持,中央电视台正日益全方位、深入化地参与各种电视报道活动,对于社会生活的影响和作用日益扩大,已经成为世界前列,亚洲一流,国内领先的重要电视媒体。中央电视台技术事业四十五年所取得的成绩,是中央电视台几代工程技术人员艰苦奋斗的结果,特别是有像孙同耕同志、林景云同志、方庆浩同志、刘宜勤同志、邵昌有同志、刘广全同志等一批带领大家开拓创业,奋发图强的领头人所做出的贡献,他们都在中央电视台技术事业发展的不同历史时期发挥了重要的作用。在今天当我们总结技术事业发展四十五年来的成绩和经验的时候,对这些老前辈、老领导由衷地表示敬意,感谢他们为中央电视台技术事业的建设打下的坚实基础,感
