本文分析经手术治疗的46例腮腺Warthin瘤。男性40例，女性6例，男女比例为6．7：1。肿瘤全部发生在腮腺，占全部腮腺肿瘤的128％。患者年龄74％在50～70岁，其中54％在50～59岁。11例为多发性肿瘤，表现为：1）双侧腮腺发生；2）同侧腮腺多个发生，且见于脱腺后下极；3）与其他类型肿瘤相伴发生。在治疗上，采用腮腺浅叶或大部切除术，或肿瘤连同部份腺体及淋巴结切除术．
This article analyzes the surgical treatment of 46 cases of parotid Warthin tumor. There were 40 males and 6 females, with a ratio of 6.7: 1. All tumors occur in the parotid gland, accounting for 128% of all parotid tumors. 74% of patients in the age of 50 to 70 years, of which 54% in the 50 to 59 years old. 11 cases of multiple tumors, manifested as: 1) the occurrence of bilateral parotid gland; 2) ipsilateral parotid multiple occurrence, and seen in the lower pole after devitrification; 3) accompanied by the occurrence of other types of tumors. In treatment, the use of parotid shunt or subtotal resection, or tumor with partial gland and lymph node dissection.
