从弯蕊开口箭 (TupistrawattiiHook .f.)的新鲜根茎中分离出 2个新的多羟基甾体皂甙元 ,分别命名为弯蕊皂甙元B (wattigeninB) (1)和弯蕊皂甙元C (wattigeninC) (2 ) ,同时分离到 2个已知的甾体皂甙元———凯替皂甙元kitigenin (3)和铃兰皂甙元B (convallageninB) (4)。通过波谱解析鉴定了这 4个皂甙元的结构 ,并测定了它们在体外对肿瘤细胞K5 6 2和A2 780a的细胞毒活性。化合物 1～ 4为首次从该种植物中分离得到
Two new polyhydroxysteroidal saponins were isolated from fresh rhizomes of TupistrawattiiHook.f., named as wattigeninB (1) and wattigeninC (2) At the same time, two known steroidal saponins, namely kitigenin (3) and convallagenin B (4), were isolated.
