目的：评价先力腾治疗呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法：３５例呼吸道感染病人采用先力腾治疗，ｐｏ４００ｍｇ／次，ｑｄ，疗程７～１０ｄ。结果：治疗总有效率为８５７％，细菌清除率为９００％，无明显不良反应发生。此外还将分离的３０株细菌行药敏试验，结果先力腾敏感率为８６７％，对大多数Ｇ－杆菌和部分Ｇ＋球菌敏感，较头孢呋辛和头孢克罗敏感。结论：先力腾为治疗呼吸道感染有效和安全的口服抗生素。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the first part of the treatment of respiratory tract bacterial infections.
