本案是一起未对发出的认证证书进行有效跟踪,被行政执法机关处罚的案件,值得深思。虽然案情简单,却反映某些认证机构只认证、不监管等普遍存在的问题。此案成功办理后,A市质监局对认证证书是否有效,开展了专项执法检查,围绕是否＂遗漏、减少程序＂＂是否有效跟踪＂立案查处了11起串案,由一个案件,办成一系列案件,值得执法人员参考借鉴。
