目的:观察森林脑炎病人肌电图运动单元电位的改变与肌肉瘫痪发生率的关系。方法:分析62例森林脑炎病人的临床及肌电图资料。结果:62例病人中肌电图异常率为40%,肌肉瘫痪出现率为21.7%,其中肌电图正常者肌肉瘫痪出现率为8.11%;肌电图异常者肌肉瘫痪出现率为43.5%。结论:森林脑炎病人常见瘫痪部位是颈部及上肢近端的肌肉;运动单元电位异常者肌肉瘫痪出现率高于运动单元电位正常者。
Objective: To observe the relationship between the change of electromyogram motor unit potential and the incidence of muscle paralysis in patients with forest encephalitis. Methods: Clinical and electromyographic data of 62 patients with forest encephalitis were analyzed. Results: The EMG abnormality rate was 40% in 62 patients, and the incidence of muscle paralysis was 21.7%. The incidence of muscle paralysis was 8.11% in normal EMG patients and 43.5% in patients with EMG abnormalities. Conclusion: The common paralyzed parts of patients with forest encephalitis are the muscles of the neck and upper extremity. The incidence of muscle paralysis in patients with abnormal motor unit potentials is higher than those with normal motor units.
