近年来，思想政治工作过分强调“以情感人”、“感情投资”，而淡化了职工理性素质的提高。笔者就此作些探讨，旨在明确思想政治工作的方向和重心，使之得到加强和改进。
In recent years, the ideological and political work has overemphasized “taking emotional person” and “emotional investment”, and has weakened the improvement of the rational quality of staff. In this connection, the author makes some discussions to clarify the direction and focus of ideological and political work so that it can be strengthened and improved.
