目的探讨孤独症儿童康复训练的方法及效果。方法选取本院门诊精神疾病科室接收的60例孤独症儿童随机分为观察组与参考组,各为30例;给予观察组患儿系统的康复训练,给予参考组患儿常规护理干预,比较两组患儿康复训练效果。结果观察组患儿认知维度、情感维度、态度维度及需要维度评分均明显优于参考组(P<0.05);观察组患儿社交能力及语言能力评分明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论通过系统的康复训练能够矫正孤独症儿童心理状态,有助于提高患儿的社交能力及语言能力。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of rehabilitation training for autistic children. Methods Sixty autistic children received psychiatric inpatient outpatient department were randomly divided into observation group and reference group, with 30 cases in each group. The rehabilitation training was given to the observation group, and the routine nursing intervention was given to the reference group. Group children rehabilitation training effect. Results The cognitive dimension, emotional dimension, attitude dimension and required dimension score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P <0.05). The score of social ability and verbal ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group (P <0.05) . Conclusion The psychological rehabilitation of children with autism can be corrected through systematic rehabilitation training, which helps to improve children’s social skills and language skills.
