利用溶胶-凝胶法制备系列Gd2-xEuxWO6红色荧光粉,XRD测试表明Gd2-xEuxWO6具有单斜晶系结构;在298 nm或395 nm激发下,荧光粉主要发射出对应于Eu3+5的D0→7F2能级跃迁的612 nm红光;当Gd2-xEuxWO6中Eu3+的掺杂量为50%时,荧光粉612 nm红光强度最强;在合成过程中适当添加聚乙二醇(PEG)和柠檬酸能改善荧光粉的红光发射强度。
The series of Gd2-xEuxWO6 red phosphors were prepared by the sol-gel method. The XRD results showed that the Gd2-xEuxWO6 has a monoclinic structure. At 298 nm or 395 nm, the phosphor mainly emits D0 → Eu3 + 5 7F2 transition of the 612 nm red light; when Gd2-xEuxWO6 Eu3 + doping amount of 50%, the phosphor 612 nm red light intensity strongest; during the synthesis of appropriate polyethylene glycol (PEG) and lemon Acid can improve the red emission intensity of the phosphor.
