佛山地区经委于82年2月19日至23日在新会县召开了81年度工交科技成果汇报交流会。会上共奖励56项科技成果,其中机械系统占6项。下面作一简要介绍: 佛山铸造厂铸造机械研究所的“FZZ414-W_2A无箱射压造型生产流水线”获一等奖。该线具有国内外同行业的先进水平,比该厂73年建成的同类型生产线,生产效率提高31.43％,全员劳动生产率提高47.33％,在生产中已收到比较显著的经济效果。
The Foshan Regional Economic Commission held the 81st Annual Report on the Exchange of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Xinhui County from February 19 to 23, 82. A total of 56 scientific and technological achievements were rewarded at the conference, including 6 mechanical systems. The following is a brief introduction: The “FZZ414-W_2A Boxless Injection Molding Production Line” of the Foundry Machinery Research Institute of Foshan Foundry won the first prize. The line has the advanced level of the same industry at home and abroad. Compared with the same type of production line built by the plant in 73 years, the production efficiency has increased by 31.43%, and the labor productivity of the entire staff has increased by 47.33%. It has received more significant economic results in production.
