自85年3月至86年7月,我院门诊为已婚育龄妇女放置TCu220c型宫内节育器509例,无选择性随访374例,随访率73.47％,临床分析结果如下: 一、临床资料: 1.使用天津医疗器械四厂引进由美国人口委员会专利技术生产的TCu220c型宫内节育器,结构简单,造型合理,操作方便,副作用小。 2.年龄:374例中年龄最小20岁,最大45岁,26—30岁年龄组占总人数49.90％。 3.放置时间:同常规放环。 4.方法:按节育手术常规中放置宫内节育器常规处理,其放置方法有所改进:在置器前将“T”型节育器两侧横臂上举摺成“1”字型,后退插入放置管内,顺子宫位置
From March 1985 to July 2006, 509 TCU220c IUDs were placed in married women of childbearing age in our hospital. There were 374 cases without selective follow-up and the follow-up rate was 73.47%.
