本文较为详细地介绍了葛洲坝水电站170MW水轮发电机组主、辅机及励磁系统。特别是对水轮机转轮的选择、转轮叶片强度和材质;对发电机冷却方式的选择、参数的选择;对机组各主要部件的结构特点作了简明的叙述。指出,葛洲坝电站170MW水轮发电机组是当前世界上最大的低水头机组之一,它的研制成功,标志着我国水电设备制造工业达到了一个新水平。
This paper introduces the main, auxiliary and excitation systems of Gezhouba Hydropower Station 170MW hydroelectric generator in more detail. In particular, the choice of turbine runner, runner blade strength and material; selection of the generator cooling mode, the choice of parameters; structural characteristics of the main components of the unit made a concise description. It is pointed out that the Gezhouba Hydropower Station 170MW hydroelectric generator set is one of the largest low head units in the world and its successful development indicates that China’s hydropower equipment manufacturing industry has reached a new level.
