一、沸腾锅炉发展概况沸腾锅炉突出的优点是煤种适应性广泛和排烟易于净化。沸腾炉内灼热的料层占沸腾床内全部粒子的95%以上,床内热容量大,燃煤在床内的逗留时间又较长,故低品位、燃烧性能很差的。在其它炉型上无法燃烧的燃煤,在沸腾炉内仍能稳定地燃烧,这是我国沸腾炉能立足于煤炭、化工等部门和低质煤产区的主要原因。国家已作出决定,『七五』期间将拨款12亿,用于发展100万千瓦燃煤矸石的采用沸腾炉的坑口电厂。国外发展沸腾炉目前主要是解决烟气净化、满足环保要求这一目的。燃烧含硫量较高的燃煤时,可在沸腾床内加石灰进行炉内脱硫,而沸腾床内低温燃烧的特点,又是抑制NO_x生成的有效措施。这是国外研究沸
