以超声检查预告胎儿体重多是利用固定的参数,推算方程式综合了各种胎儿测量数据。这些方程式只适用于超声检查后近日内分娩的病例,分娩距超声检查的间隔时间越长其误差越大。因此作者考虑到把间隔时间加入到推算方程式中。通过1984、10~1986、9间259例单胎妊娠中在全面超声检查35天内分娩1,000~5,000g 活婴的254例超声检查资料,利用最少平方多项线性回归法推导出下述方程式:
Ultrasound to predict fetal weight is much more than the use of fixed parameters, estimation equations incorporate a variety of fetal measurement data. These equations are only valid for cases of childbirth within the next few days after sonographic examination. The longer the interval from sonography to the time of sonication, the greater the error. The author therefore considers adding interval time to the reckoning equation. By 1984, 10 ~ 1986, 9 259 cases of singleton pregnancies in the 35 days of comprehensive ultrasound examination of birth to 1,000 ~ 5,000g live births in 254 cases of ultrasound examination data, using the least squares multiple linear regression method to derive the following equation:
