目的掌握全市化妆品生产企业生产场所卫生状况,保证产品卫生质量,为主管部门日常监管提供依据。方法采用现场检测方法,每年对11家生产企业所有生产场所按照2008年颁布的《化妆品生产企业卫生规范》要求进行布点检测。结果 3年来共检测生产场所231处(次),采集空气微生物样品231份,合格率为78.78%;照度252份,合格率85.31%;紫外线强度采样246份,合格率45.12%;台面微生物采样198份,合格率75.32%;工作人员手部微生物采样69份,合格率为94.21%。结论本市化妆品生产企业生产场所总体卫生状况较好,基本符合《化妆品生产企业卫生规范》的要求,但存在部分项目如紫外线强度、照度合格率较低的现象,今后需进一步改进。
Objective To master the sanitary conditions of the production sites of cosmetics manufacturing enterprises in the whole city and ensure the hygiene quality of products so as to provide the basis for the daily supervision of competent departments. Methods The on-site testing method was used to test the layout of all production sites of 11 manufacturing enterprises in accordance with the requirements of “Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics Production Enterprises” promulgated in 2008. Results A total of 231 aerosol samples were collected from 231 sites during the past three years. 231 samples of airborne microorganisms were collected, with a pass rate of 78.78%, 252 illuminants with a pass rate of 85.31%, 246 UV intensity samples with a pass rate of 45.12% A pass rate of 75.32%; 69 samples of staff hand microorganisms, the pass rate was 94.21%. Conclusion The overall hygienic condition of the cosmetics manufacturing enterprises in the city is good, which is in line with the requirements of “Hygienic Standard for Cosmetic Manufacturers”. However, there are some items such as the low ultraviolet light intensity and the low passing rate of illuminance, which need to be further improved in the future.
