用什么样的人对于一个企业来说,就像军队要用什么样的兵是一个道理。企业要把员工塑造成象军人一样的人。军人有三大特点:能吃苦、守纪律、有忘我精神。这些都是创造智慧的东西,是基本素质,素质比智慧重要。一个敬业的人,也必定品行端正,具有无私奉献的精神,凡事总会从大局出发,不会因为个人很小的得失而斤斤计较,影响集体的团结。我不喜欢两面人格的人,话说得漂亮,事干得糟糕,这种人在广告公司里还不少。他们往往缺乏实干精神,而且常常会把一些主观性误导信息传输给周围的同事,很大程度上影响了团队的前进。广告公司是个容易创造激情也容易产生惰性的地方,必须注意保持员工的激情和工作作风。一个员工的学历并不是我们太看重的东西,我们更注重员工的实干能力。我们经常会说到“智慧型团队”,指的并不是这个团队中人员的学历,而是指他的基本素质和创造能力,以及饱含激情的工作作风。
