本文分析了球罐按吻接弧构成角变形的规律,讨论了 e/L 比值与θ的关系,绘制出θ与Υ(或a/R)的曲线。依据上述原理,用刚度对比法则进行了球与梁(板)的对比,建立了力学模型并推出了球罐角变形的最大附加应力的计算式。本文的计算式与电测数据进行了验证,结果表明,计算式比现有的一些公式更加准确。而且结构简单,计算方便,可计算在内压力作用下球罐壁角变形和错边引起的附加应力。本文将有助于对球罐角变形造成高应力的机理的了解并可作为球罐断裂安全分析的依据。
This paper analyzes the regularity of the angular deformation of a ball can by arc welding, discusses the relationship between the e/L ratio and θ, and plots θ and Υ (or a/R). Based on the above principle, the comparison of ball and beam (plate) was carried out using the stiffness comparison rule, and the mechanical model was established and the formula for calculating the maximum additional stress of spherical tank deformation was introduced. The calculation formula and the electrical measurement data of this paper are verified. The results show that the formula is more accurate than the existing formulas. Moreover, the structure is simple and the calculation is convenient. It is also possible to calculate the additional stress caused by the corner deformation and the misalignment of the spherical tank under the action of internal pressure. This article will help to understand the mechanism of the high stress caused by the angular deformation of the spherical tank and can be used as the basis for the safety analysis of the spherical tank fracture.
