钻井需要钻杆已成为人们的共识 ,然而Pemex勘探开发公司自 1996年 6月份以来已用油管钻成了 15 0多口气井。现在该公司又进一步发展了这种技术 ,用 5 in套管 (扣型HD 5 2 1)在墨西哥北部的Burgos盆地成功地用套管代替钻杆钻成了Cule bral 2 81气井。该井一段和二段用 5 in套管代替钻杆 ,分别使用 12 in的三牙轮钻头和 8 inPDC钻头。钻完表层后 ,将 9 in套管接上引鞋和浮箍下入固井 ,水泥浆返至地面。第二井段仍用 5 in套管钻至设计深度 ,然后接上引鞋和浮箍下入至设计深度 ,作为技术套管固井。以上两个井段均采用套管旋转钻进方式 ,完钻后成柱起出 ,甩钻头及井下钻具组合。第三和最后井段使用 2 in (扣型HD 5 33)油管代替钻杆 ,并使用了 3 in的井下马达和 4 inPDC钻头 ,完钻后起出 ,甩钻头及井下钻具组合 ,接上引鞋和浮箍 ,下到设计深度作为生产套管固井 (采用无油管技术 )。由于不需要钻杆 ,减少了钻井时间和钻井成本 ,提高了投资回报速度
Penetration of drill pipe to drill wells has become the consensus, however, Pemex Exploration and Drilling Co. has drilled more than 150 gas wells with tubing since June 1996. The company has now further developed the technology by successfully casing a Cule bral 2 81 gas well with a casing instead of a drill pipe in a 5-in. Casing (Button HD 5 2 1) in the Burgos Basin in northern Mexico. The first and second sections of the well replaced the drill pipe with a 5 in. Casing, using a 12-in tricone bit and an 8-in PDC bit, respectively. After drilling the surface layer, the 9 in the casing connected to the shoes and floating collar down cementing, grout back to the ground. The second well section is still drilled to the design depth with a 5 in. Casing and then coupled to the design depth with the boot and float collar as the technical casing for cementing. The above two sections are used casing rotary drilling method, after drilling into a column out, rejection drill and downhole assembly. The third and final sections use a 2-in (HD533) tubing instead of drill pipe and use a 3-in. Downhole motor and a 4-in PDC drill bit to drill, drill, drill and downhole assembly to connect Guide shoes and float hoops, down to the design depth as a production casing cementing (using oil-free pipe technology).
