本文作者以男大学生1000米跑为研究方法,通过测试与1000米成绩相关因素的十项指标,经逐步回归筛选,再进行Q型聚类,以提供教学分组依据。由于学生有氧耐力各项指标并不都在同一级别,因此作者采用离查法将这种素质发展不均衡的学生分成三水平,共排列出81种不同素质水平的学生状况,同时运动处方同步采用四因素三水平的设计,组成81种处方,使81种不同素质水平的学生都能——对应查找出适合于自己的运动处方。作者所提供的查表法与计算机编码法简便易行、方法可靠,具有一定的科学性与广泛的实用性。
