十八反、十九畏是中药药性理论的一个重大悬案,历代中医也有不同看法,持怀疑论者不乏其人,1937年,张文元曾有专著,从文献考证、药物研究两方面,对十八反全面否定。近年来,十八反、十九畏的实验药理研究报告已经超过三十篇,其中,许多是阴性结果,虽然,一再有人呼吁应该全面废除,至今仍然未能取得普遍接受的认识。关于十八反、十九畏的研究概况我们先后从几方面作过述评,本文不拟重复,谨侧重理论方面作一回顾,并对今后的实验药理研究提出自己的看法。
