目的:应用生物电阻抗法观察百令胶囊对维持性血液透析患者营养状态的影响。方法:选择60例终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。2组均采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服百令胶囊,疗程6月。应用生物电阻抗法测定身体细胞量(BCM)、体脂肪(FM)、上臂围度(FM)、蛋白质(PRO),检测白蛋白(Alb)、血红蛋白(Hb)、铁蛋白(FER)等生化指标,进行营养状况评估。结果:治疗后,治疗组BCM、AC、PRO、Hb、Alb均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组FM低于对照组,FER高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:百令胶囊能够增加身体细胞量,提高机体蛋白质含量及肌肉容量,提升血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平,有效改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状态,纠正贫血。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bering capsule on nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients by bioelectrical impedance method. Methods: Sixty patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group added Bailing capsule on the basis of this treatment, and the course of treatment was June. Bioelectrical impedance was used to determine the biochemical parameters such as BCM, FM, FM, PRO, Alb, Hb and FER Indicators, nutritional status assessment. Results: After treatment, the levels of BCM, AC, PRO, Hb and Alb in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The FM in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but the FER was higher than that in the control group No statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Bailing capsule can increase the amount of body cells, improve the body protein content and muscle capacity, improve serum albumin and hemoglobin levels, effectively improve the nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients, correct anemia.
