植物能吸收大气、土壤及水中的微量氟化物,并蓄积于体内,人类长期食用受到氟污染的植物时,会引起慢性氟中毒。为了方便,准确地反映粮食及植物中氟含量,保护人类身体健康。笔者将有机分析中具有简便,快速优点的氧瓶分解法与离子选择电极结合,选择目前测定植物中氟含量灵敏度较高的Grun作图法,克服其复杂的计算而采用微型计算机处理计算数据。成功的测定了粮食及植物中痕量氟。与盐酸浸提法、高氯酸浸提法进行对照,结果一致,方法快速,简便。测定一个样品只需25分钟左右。
Plants can absorb trace amounts of fluoride in the atmosphere, soil, and water and accumulate in the body. Chronic fluorosis can result when humans consume plants that are contaminated with fluoride over the long term. In order to facilitate and accurately reflect the fluorine content in food and plants, to protect human health. The author combined the oxygen bottle decomposition method with ion selective electrode with simple and rapid advantages in organic analysis to select the Grun plot method with higher sensitivity for determination of fluoride in plants at present and overcome the complicated calculation and use the microcomputer to process the calculation data. Successfully measured trace amounts of fluoride in food and plants. With hydrochloric acid extraction, perchloric acid extraction method for control, the results are consistent, the method is fast and easy. It takes about 25 minutes to measure a sample.
