观察了垂体瘤和小脑幕下肿瘤及脑外伤术后病人尿中表皮生长因子(EGF)的变化,尿中糖、N乙酰β氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、尿酸(Ua)、尿γ谷氨酰转移酶(γGT)的变化,血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅰ和Ⅱ(ANGⅠ和Ⅱ)的变化,以及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、渗透溶质分子清除率(Cosm)的变化。结果脑疾患术后尿EGF排出量及尿Ua与正常对照组比较明显降低(P<001),Ccr与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>005),PRA、ANGⅠ、ANGⅡ、Cosm及尿中糖、NAG、γGT的排出量与正常对照组比较明显升高(P<005或<001)。尿EGF与尿NAG、γGT呈负相关(P<005)。
The changes of epidermal growth factor (EGF), urinary glucose, N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG), uric acid (Ua) and urinary γ in urine of patients with pituitary tumor and inferior cerebellar tumor and brain trauma were observed. (ΓGT), changes of plasma renin activity (PRA), angiotensin Ⅰ and Ⅱ (ANGⅠand Ⅱ), as well as changes of endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr), osmotic solute molecular clearance (Cosm) changes. Results The urinary EGF excretion and urine Ua in patients with cerebrovascular disease were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <001), but there was no significant difference between Ccr and the normal control group (P> 005), PRA, ANGⅠ, ANGⅡ , Cosm and urine sugar, NAG, γ GT excretion was significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0 05 or <0 01). Urinary EGF and urine NAG, γ GT was negatively correlated (P <0 05).
