漂珠轻质高强耐火保温砖是以电厂粉煤灰中的漂珠为主要原料,掺入适量的粘结剂和辅助材料,经搅拌混合、压制成型、在1150～1250°C温度煅烧而成的一种新型轻质高强隔热耐火保温制品,比传统的硅藻土、粘士质隔热保温耐火制品强度高,重烧线收缩小,使用温度高,导热系数小,节能效果显著,有较好的技术经济效益和社会效益,广泛用于各种工业窑炉。是隔热耐火材料的更新换代产品。又是综合利用粉煤灰的一个有效途径。
Drift Bead Light High-Strength Fire-Resistant Insulation Tile is made of float beads in power plant fly ash as the main raw material, mixed with appropriate amount of binder and auxiliary materials, mixed by stirring, pressed and formed, and calcined at a temperature of 1150 to 1250°C. A new type of lightweight, high-strength, heat-insulating and flame-retardant insulation product has higher strength than traditional diatomite and clay-based heat-insulating refractory products, with small shrinkage of reburning lines, high operating temperature, small thermal conductivity, and significant energy-saving effect. Better technical and economic benefits and social benefits are widely used in various industrial furnaces. It is a replacement product of insulation refractory material. It is also an effective way to comprehensively use fly ash.
