以粉磨设备研制为例,分析了信息技术对设备研制的影响,提出了利用互联网络和神经网络技术采集和处理工业数据的处理方法研究了虚拟制造技术在设备研制中的应用途径,并在此基础上,提出了虚拟粉磨试验的概念。
Taking the development of grinding equipment as an example, the influence of information technology on equipment development is analyzed, and the processing method of acquiring and processing industrial data by using Internet and neural network technology is proposed. The application of virtual manufacturing technology in equipment development is studied. On this basis, the concept of virtual grinding test is proposed.
