高校的人事档案管理一直是人事管理的一项重要工作,它关乎广大教职工的切身利益。随着机关事业单位养老保险制度的改革与实施,人事档案对职工的工作年限、养老保险的视同缴费年限的证据作用更是得到空前凸显。利用现代信息技术对高校人事档案进行信息化管理、发掘和利用,对提高人事管理部门的服务水平具有重要的实践意义。
Personnel archives management in colleges and universities has always been an important task in personnel management, and it concerns the vital interests of the vast number of staff and workers. With the reform and implementation of the pension insurance system of government agencies and public institutions, the evidence on the working life of the employees and pension insurance as the years of payment of personnel records has even more prominently been highlighted. The use of modern information technology to the college personnel files for information management, excavation and utilization of personnel management services to improve the level of service has important practical significance.
