新一轮课程改革以来,课程权力的下放扩大了教师的教学自主权,为教师专业发展提供了新的契机。借此,教师参与的行动研究如雨后春笋般出现在中小学校。其中,教师对教育、教学经历的描述,可以直接促进教师的职业反省,唤起他们的教育自觉意识,是教师专业发展的有效途径。这里,我们撷取浦东新区几位教师对自身教学经历的描述,并配以相关研究人员的点评,让大家一起来感受他们对教育教学的新鲜领悟,分享他们专业成长的喜悦和快乐。
Since the new round of curriculum reform, the decentralization of curriculum has expanded teachers ’teaching autonomy, which has provided a new opportunity for teachers’ professional development. As a result, action research involving teachers has sprung up in primary and secondary schools. Among them, the teacher’s description of education and teaching experience can directly promote teachers ’professional reflection and arouse their awareness of educational self-consciousness, which is an effective way for teachers’ professional development. Here, we capture a few teachers in Pudong New Area, describing their own teaching experience, accompanied by the comments of relevant researchers, let us feel together their fresh understanding of education and teaching, to share the joy and happiness of their professional growth.
